How it works

You can stop after any of these steps.

  1. A private introduction

    Save up to three homes, or ask us to help you choose. Then Pario calls you the way you prefer.

  2. The evening

    You meet C.P. Drewett and the Pario team. We walk you through the design, the build and your homes. It runs on video if you live out of state.

  3. Floor plans

    Your floor plans open on your private page.

  4. Buy, if you choose

    When you are ready, Pario prepares a purchase contract. You get the terms in writing first, and you are free to pass.

You get the purchase terms in writing before you sign anything. Receiving the public report or a contract does not commit you to buy.

A home shows as under contract only after a purchase contract is signed. Saving a home on this page does not hold it.
